Got a technical issue?
General
  • Step 1: Call 010 023 0985 to report your problem
  • Step 2: Make sure you have your unit serial number handy
  • Step 3: We check to see if you are either in warrantee or out of warranty.
In warranty:
  • Step 1: Check the warranty claim guide on parts that is covered
  • Step 2: The following is not charged: Call out fee labor and AA Travel Rates
  • Step3: The office will book your technician
  • Step 4: We will invoice you for any parts that is not covered under your warranty
Out of warranty:
  • Step 1: We send you your first invoice: Call out fee R500.00
  • One-way charge for AA Rates R7.17 Per/Km (Calculated via google maps
  • starting point is our offices) Labor R350.00 per hour.
  • Step 2: The technician is booked after your payment has been made. The technician determines what parts should be ordered (if any)
  • Step3: We send you your second invoice for the parts needed and Labor per hour. Upon payment we order your parts. Upon arrival of your parts we send the technician out to do the
  • installation. (No second call out fee charge and no AA Rates
  • Only Labor R350 per hour)
